Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered a queen sleep sofa in May 2017. Received it in mid July. The top of the sleep sofa was 21" off the floor and the bottom was 14". After months of going back and forth with the sales rep (Scott), in October 2017 a replacement sofa was ordered. Received the replacement sofa in late December only to have the same issue - top of the queen sofa was 18" off the floor and the bottom was 14". Reached back out to the rep (Scott) who indicated that we were stuck with the couch. Would not recommend buying your sleep sofa here unless you want to spend $1,500 for a lopsided sleeper.

Bought a King Koil mattress with stunning black frame and headboard. Very happy with how it looks in the space. The delivery was seamless and they were there at the the start of the delivery window, were very respectful of the walls and floors, assembled and placed the bed where we wanted it and were very courteous. At time of sale, salesperson was mindful of my budget. Also can't beat the 50% mattress deal around July 4!! Will be purchasing from this company again.

Only been there once. They are ok, but seems run down a bit and keeps changing hands or names every few years..

We bought our daughter's first bed here and the price was great as well as the customer service was top notch. Although small everyone at the store was helping me load the bed into my little car. Great store, highly recommended!
