Excellent experience! Stopped by a few furniture stores tonight with plans of a purchase and found Bob’s to have the best top quality product paired with a good price! Have to give a big shout out to Adam G. Giving us a warm welcome right as we walked in - right down to the paperwork! He made our visit that much better and was so accommodating and helpful! Appreciated his genuine service keeping our visit stress free and easy. Exceeded our expectations, highly recommend! Thank you again

I had the best experience and Toni Zachko made the difference!!! I knew what I want going on and she help me firm up my decision with her knowledge and sense of style. We picked out furniture that would meet my room dimensions. She was very thorough in all the information to provide me with my needs!!! She is very helpful in getting the job done with the right fit to your needs! I will definitely be dealing with her again when I do the rest of my house!!! Thanks

I just wanted to take a minute to acknowledge a great salesman- Stephen James. He was so attentive and patient and he has great taste! We came up with a beautiful scheme for my living room at a price that fits my budget. Thanks Steve! You're the best😎

We went to Bob's thinking that we needed two pieces of furniture.  Debbie Grasso was so helpful.  She asked us questions about our needs and pointed us to the perfect furniture.  She is so knowledgeable about the pieces.  We now have the perfect solution.  We have a beautiful sofa and a very handsome and functional desk.  The furniture is not expensive and yet very nice.  Debbie was great and we will go back to her!

I came into the Saugus location a few weeks back looking for a King Bed/Living Room Set. I was Greeted by an extremely friendly/helpful gentleman named Steve James. Steve had incredible product knowledge and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. He didn’t use any high pressure sales tactics which was also a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend requesting him upon entering the store.
