Needed two side chairs for my home office where I provide life & career coaching. My needs (size, price, comfort, color) were pretty specific and I was shown only those chairs that met my criteria. My salesperson Jean did a great job of quickly and efficiently showing me my options. Jordan's has such a large selection and being able to SIT in the actual chair is priceless. I don't know how people buy furniture online. The feel of and comfort in furniture is so important! I will definitely shop there again.

My husband and I love Jordan's Furniture in Reading, MA! We have been buying furniture there for the last 10 years and we have no complaints. Almost our entire home is filled with pieces from Jordan's and all of them have held up very nicely over the years - still almost look brand new! Their staff is always very knowledgeable and attentive and have always answered any questions we may have without pressuring us to buy. The store seems to always be running an amazing 0% finance deal that makes it easy to splurge and purchase the exact set of furniture you want instead of skimping or settling. Plus, the store itself is just really cool. Even when we don't need any new furniture, we always have a good time just walking around the store and getting ideas, or catching an IMAX movie, or grabbing some ice cream and/or a burger, or watching the families play on the ropes course. We can't say enough good things about Jordan's Furniture, Reading MA. Five Stars!

Went to the reading store looking for a living room set, bedroom set and entertainment center... my boyfriend and I had no idea where to start we were very fortunate to have run into Mike Carroll, a Jordan’s sales representative. Mike was the epitome of everything you would want in a sales person, he is knowledgeable about the merchandise, personable, funny, and gets you exactly what you are looking for within your price range! We’ve been back to Jordan’s 3 times to change a few things and mike has always been available, flexible and a joy to work with! I would highly recommend finding him when you’re in their store! Thank you so much Mike you are incredible & we are so happy with our new merchandise!

We went to the Reading location just to get out for the day. My husband and son had a great time on the Bean sprout course. We hit the store and walked through which we've always enjoyed in the past. We just bought a house and we were in the market for a living room set. We looked around for awhile until we found one we both fell in love with. Purchased it online, gave excellent choices for delivery dates, had it delivered early morning and I believe they were in and out pretty quickly (my husband was there, I was not) my husband was so impressed not only by the timely manner of everything but he said that the delivery guys were exceptional. Great service, friendly, personable....that's what you look for and that's why you keep going back Also, the whole reason why I wanted Jordan's in the first place was we got a "congrats on the new home" mailing with a $100 off your purchase.....that will keep me coming back over and over again.

My husband and I were looking for living room and dining room furniture for our house on Cape Cod. We worked with Berta K in the Reading store and she was truly amazing. She took the time to first ask us about our space, the house, the look we wanted to achieve and our budget. She toured us around the store carefully picking out options for us and assembled into a complete masterpiece and she was right on budget! I could not of pulled this high end look together without her help - she was a great communicator, a seasoned decorator, incredibly patient and we totally loved her. How grateful are we to have found such a resource right in the Reading store !!!!
