I stumbled on the Chantilly location when I saw their signs along the road.  I had to learn how to shop because it isn't a traditional showroom,
but it was well worth it.  The sales representatives were polite and made great choices available.  I suggest calling ahead to set up a time,  then go in and try the different mattresses.  No pressure, I took my time. I am now sleeping on the best mattress I have ever had!!  Thank you!  Teresa

This company is horrible. Customer service is awful. I went in over two weeks ago to purchase furniture. I was told that a truck would be in on Friday before Thanksgiving. I called several times and no call back. I called back yesterday and my furniture was allegedly on the trunk and was supposed to be delivered TODAY.... and still nothing. I now understand why people don't support small businesses. Please don't waste your time or money here. I would give it negative stars if that was an option.

If you are looking for great furniture and wide range of financing options based on your financial needs; plus, an informed, candid and honest suggestion without a feeling of been pressured to buy, then this is your place. I met Brian, the Account Manager who was very helpful and professional. I was able to get what i wanted with a fraction of what i nearly paid online and in other stores. I will definitely buy again!

Brian was by far the best sales person I have ever worked with. He so helpful when I went in to purchase my mattress! He gave suggestions and helped me figure out what would be best for what I was looking for. I never felt pressured into anything, which was great! I will definitely be back.

Brian was a dream to work with. He answered all of our questions, showed us options in our price range, and made the buying process smooth. Treated us more like friends buying furniture than customers. Highly recommended.
