Have to say I am extremely disappointed in their service. Ordered furniture for my kitchen, dining room, living room, and bedroom. Our delivery was supposed to come on a Thursday so we had sold our old furniture Monday Tuesday and Wednesday expecting our furniture that week.  That Thursday they were a quarter-mile away from our house said they couldn’t find our location and left with all of our furniture. That night they had discontinued the kitchen table so we ordered it was taken off the truck and we were told that we could not get it back even though we had paid for it. They were then supposed to deliver our furniture on Friday, and too much surprise we did not receive it. I drove into The store to talk to the manager and they said they would ensure delivery on Tuesday. They apologized for the inconvenience and refunded our delivery charge. That Tuesday our furniture did not come. so we were sitting on pillows and eating our food. When Our furniture did arrive later that week the delivery company destroyed our supreme bamboo floor that was just put in. They cost a little over $4000 worth of damage and since Bob’s discount outsources their deliveries they said they are not responsible. I have spent much time talking to the managers of Bob’s discount furniture, and property claims, and neither one of them want to help.

Where to begin, we walked in looking for a mattress for my sister. Kat walked up to us with the best attitude and was very informative. She’s not your normal sales person she really bubbly and very fun to work with, she doesn’t lie she is straight with you. If you need anything go look for her one of the best to work with makes looking for something new very easy.

By far the best experience i have had buying furniture! Jill S. made the whole process so easy for me and the delivery was great! I highly recommend Bob's Discount Furniture in Poughkeepsie, NY ! And my new mattress is AMAZING!

I absolutely love this store
..when your on a budget but want good quality merchandize at a low price this is the place to go.  No hassles no gimmicks and you know what your paying for.... and KAT is absolutely amazing.  So much personality and always smiling and cheerful never pushy.... We will be back in the future and Kat is our girl to go to

I bought my new living room set from Bob’s with Sheronica Outlaw and it was definitely the best buying experience I’ve ever had ! She was amazing so helpful and friendly. She paid attention to detail and definitely helped me pick out the perfect set for my taste. I will absolutely be a Bob’s customer for life !
