This is one of the friendliest Home Depot’s I’ve ever been to! All the staff members are so eager to help me find what I’m looking for quickly and efficiently. The cashiers are all so friendly and quick with checking me out. There’s one cashier that stood out to me last time I went, his name was Jonathan. I let him know I was in a rush & he made sure to ring me out quickly & he also was very helpful with informing me about the credit card for you guys. Unfortunately I don’t want a CC at the moment but if I ever get one it’ll be because of Jonathan!

I don't know what's going on with this store however I have been in there four times in the last three weeks and half the lights are turned off you can't see anything in the isles it's actually dangerous to walk down them, you can't read the packages because it's so dark , the garden department was completely bare , the store had virtually no customers in and the few that were there were all complaining about how dark it was in the store also. When I asked a employee why half the lights were off they told me that corporate told them to do it . Really? If the Home Depot is doing so poorly that it needs to turn off half the lights and in danger the well-being of their customers then I think it's time to drive the extra mile up the road to the local Lowe's where at least the lights are turned on

Friendly and helpful in finding what I needed, but do not carry large O rings anymore.

The customer service for calling is horrible only to wait on countless hours to be transferred to a department that you are only to be put on hold again for an endless time. The Wappingers Home Depot is the worst store ever...no wonder they call it the "Dumb Depot"...bring back the traditional hardware stores or hire experienced and knowledgeable employees but first teach them how to answer and transfer a call. Frustrating!
