After researching many furniture places online I came to the conclusion bobs had the best balance of price and quality. I wasn't sure what to expect when I came in but I was greeted by a very friendly representative named Nina. She took the time to learn what I liked and my price range and showed me only the items that fit my needs. Not pushy or sales oriented very helpful and friendly. I recommend Nina and Bobs to anyone looking to buy new furniture.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience shopping for a bedroom set and mattress. We were greeted upon arrival by Ahmad, he gave us the rundown, and then left us to be able to walk through the store on our own and discuss our options; it was so refreshing, compared to other places where we felt smothered. Once we had made a decision, he gave us more information about the set we chose, we were able to substitute out pieces of furniture so we had the exact set we wanted, and were informed of other options such as mattress protection and general protection plans. Prices were very resonabble. We were also greeted by the manager, who took it upon herself to bring us some treats from their cafe since we hadn't had a chance to make it back there to enjoy the hospitality. They set us up with a delivery date less than a week in the future and were able to work around our tough work schedules. The delivery went so smooth, we received a call they were on their way, they arrived on time, completed the set up in a timely and clean matter, and were very professional. Our furniture came in perfect condition and we absolutely love it! All-in-all we had a wonderful experience and will definitely both recommend Bob's and purchase more furniture there.

We are a young couple, we just got married. We live in a small apartment. We were looking for some nice, reasonably priced furniture for our apartment. We came to Bobs Furniture and got the pleasure to meet sales person Marcus and Dimitri, the manager of the store. He greeted us and explained everything to us, and we were so happy! He gave us a great deal and we were left so pleasured with the furniture that we bought. Amazing store, with outstanding prices and associates! Recommended 100% to all my friends and family.

I founded the store from my friends. Great prices good quality of furniture and absolutely great customer service!!!
Nina and Kurt did a great job. The manager Dmitry was very professional and help me a lot to make my selection. He explain to me all benefits of my furniture , help me with financing and answer all my questions. I will recommend the store to all my friends and families. Thank you Bobs Discount Furniture for good service and great product.

I was here at Bob's Discount Furniture recently with my girlfriend shopping for her new bed. We called in to see if they carried the mattress she wanted and Nina told us to ask for her once we arrived. We got there about an hour before close and Nine greeted us and showed us around. Long story short, we didn't decide on a bed until after the store was closed and we still had to do financing. Nina and her team were very patient and serviced us until about 11pm! They were thorough in explaining payment terms to us and also Nina was great explaining the warranty, protection, etc. We will definitely be coming back for future purchases.
