Horrendous quality and total incompetence. $6000 sectional, pillow rips inside of a month (see pic).  Replacement pillow takes 3 months. Dining chair leg FALLS OFF before anyone has sat in it, inside of a month (see pic).  Wrong light fixture delivered. Wrong dining room chairs delivered TWICE. Store credit card offers 0% financing, but you must make  equal payments over 6 months so minimum payment is like another mortgage. I accidentally underpaid a $1511 minimum payment by $11 and my credit rating was dinged 80 points.  I have shopped at this store for 30 years with no problems. Something has seriously gone wrong there, and I will never shop there again.

Our living room turned out so much more than we expected.  We worked with Talea Bloom and it was a fantastic experience.  We will continue to work with Talea for our future needs and recommend her to anyone shopping for furniture.

Staff here is knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.
Over 250 products to choose from which cover most design aesthetics.
I always find inspiration for a verity of projects here.

Afrin Ahmed is fantastic to work with! She helped pull together and finish several rooms in my home, including furniture, wall decorations, paintings and choosing gorgeous fabrics for drapes/pillows. She focused on coordinating existing elements in my home and adding others with the overall effect of a cohesive style. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

The Designer Deirdre Marvin did excellent work in design and sales and she was extremely professional when I requested to exchange the furniture set. I believe that it is extremely important to visit the showrooms and to touch/experience the furniture before you place an order. I would recommend Walter E.
