Awesome service here.   I work in retail, and I was expecting to be stalked by salespeople, and what actually happened was a very pleasant experience.  I was greeted by J, who respected me enough to ask as if we wanted to look around on our own.  He taught me how to get my own price at each item, and let us look for our own sectional.

Two different managers checked in with us to see if we were enjoying the store and explained about the different financing options available.   The store is very clean and the decor is really fun.

We had almost decided on a purchase at Ashley, but we ended up finding something of higher quality at a better price at Bob's.  Plus, I love the straight forward way they do pricing, as opposed to other places that play games and try to pull tricks on you.

If you want a great deal where they will shoot straight with you, this is the spot.

Excellent sales service from Michael.  Time will tell about the furniture but Michael was outstanding.  My wife and I have been in a few times looking at sofas and lounges and each sales person that greeted us was friendly but not all of them had answers to the questions I asked. I wasn't upset since its a new store different people different experience.  This time Michael approached us while I was looking at a sofa, he seen me trying to find out how for off the wall the reclining sofa needed to be and he immediately tells me without asking him 3"-3/1/2".  That is what I had been looking for all along.  Next my wife asked about the chaise lounges and he immediately took us upstairs and we found the lounge we liked.  Others told us it was all bedroom furniture upstairs so we never went up there but there is a few sofas and chaise lounges. Want someone friendly and experienced ask for Michael. If there is more than one Michael say the one from Hawaii.

My wife and I could not be happier with our experience at Bob's.  Our salesperson was J.  He was able to show us a wide array of quality, and educate us on the differences in material and structure.  Never once did we feel pressured, or that J wasnt looking out for our best interest.  We came in looking for a living room set, and walked out with a living room set, a kitchen table with chairs, and a dinning room set.  We intended on shopping for the entire day to find what we liked (after extensive research online), but you cannot beat the quality, service, and pricing they have at Bob's.  Be sure to ask for J when you visit, he will take good care of you, and ensure your best interest is in mind. 

Moreover, they have a snack area in the back that my wife was able to sit down with the kids and treat them to some snacks.  Even the children enjoyed their experience at Bob's. 

I recommend Bob's Discount Furniture, and J, to anyone looking to furnish their home, without an reservations.

The showroom is large, with a great variety of furniture. Our salesperson, Bill, was helpful and professional. I didn't have to wait to be helped, but neither was I rushed or "nagged" as I looked around. Got a quick delivery date, the guys were on time, also very professional, and put my furniture together in the room it belongs in (and took the trash!). Try getting that when you order furniture on line 👍

All with a great price. Very happy with my experience.

The sales team were nice. The quality of the couches I bought......We will see in time if they will last for my expectation of about 7 years....There was a problem with the wires for the recline feature and Bobs immediately replaced both couches. I’m a little concerned about the particle board that the couches are constructed with. It seemed to be flaking apart during installation. That in itself was a little concerning. I ended up not using Bobs credit company and used a credit card to get another year of warranty with my Visa card (most major credit cards get you an extra 1 year warranty on anything you buy with it...this is a little known fact). This is a good idea anytime you buy something that has electrical motors and switches in it! It can be costly to replace the motors. I did look and you can get the motors on Amazon for around $100.00
