My Sunday was wasted by Weekends Only! We got a call yesterday about the 3 hour delivery window we would have for our new couch to show up. Of course it’s the afternoon, 12:45-3:45. At 2:34, I spoke to Kay at customer service asking if she could give us an eta since we hadnt received the phone call saying they were on their way, and she assured me that they are prompt and stay within the window of delivery. About 30 minutes later, we receive a call stating that the truck is running late, and they would have to reschedule with a possible delivery fee!!! We already gave them one entire day, and cannot afford to give them another, so we said it had to be delivered today. So now we have to wait until 5:50 (a total of 5 hours of my day) for a couch because they didn’t take someone else’s delivery into account?! Worst experience ever. There is no way I’ll be returning to Weekends Only. UPDATE: FOLLOWING TUESDAY 11/14/17 @ 7:06 AM - The response from Weekends Only below came after the couch was delivered at 6pm that night. If you’re going to give a 3 hour window, adhere to those times. I will not be back.

I went to the store to buy a mattress, being totally uneducated on what to buy. Originally purchased a mattress that was firm, and after a trial period decided to get something ''softer''.They were good enough to exchange. Now I find out that the bed is actually too short for me. Being well over 6 feet tall, I should have been ''sold'' a California King instead of King.They refuse to exchange. I am a customer, and was not sold the right product, so now I am stuck with a $1500 product that does not work.

If I could give a zero star I would , My experience has been terrible thus far . I purchased a new hutch on 7/30 from this location and was told that the shipping to the warehouse on the following weekend I could pick it up. Okay no problem I drive from my home go pick it up sit for a half hour before someone telling me that the shipment was not there that I can come back the following week and they promise it would be there . Again Yesterday drive again to the warehouse sit for over a hour and a half go to the front only to be told oh I'm sorry its not at this location it got transferred to the store you bought it from .. Mind you I had my 18 month baby and my 7 year old son in the vehicle waiting this whole time for our stuff and yet again to be let down! This is two trips to get the furniture we bought from your company to be told this YES I was very unhappy at this point I kept my composure and just left. I live 30 miles away so lets just say I had plenty of time to vent in the vehicle and call mid rivers to rewind the sale . I am in customer service and this is very unprofessional . I will no longer shop with your company ever again and I have spent several thousand buying stuff from there but from here on I will take my business elsewhere.

Giving 1 star because I can't give a 0. The first time we went for a bed they gave us the wrong piece. We had to drive back. The second time we went for a bedroom set and they forgot a piece during pickup and gave us the wrong hardware. We had to go back. Then they tried to argue with us that they gave us the correct hardware when it was clearly not what we needed. We went home and discovered AGAIN that the box they originally forgot did not contain all the parts we needed to put the bed frame together. We won't be going back. Worst customer service I've ever received.

The prices were not very different from other stores but the products did not seem to be as good. I did not but any furniture but visit soon again. The staff were helpful.
