I have been a customer in the past and always had prompt friendly service. Today was the ultimate in customer service. The employee, Bob and his manager, Laura took the term ultimate service to a new level. Their regard for making their patrons happy go beyond my belief. Bob was so knowledgeable and his concern to make me happy was exemplary. I want to say thank you and that I would recommend everyone to visit this furniture store. I will be telling all my relatives. The employees care and the products take a second place to none. Thank you!

From the moment I walked into the store, to the financing process and delivery, I was treated with respect and, more importantly, caring! Everyone was beyond helpful and the entire process was smooth and wrinkle free! And I get so many compliments on my furniture, the quality and the looks are amazing! Thanks to Bob's for a GREAT experience!

The employees at Bob's Furniture in Wilkes Barre, PA went way beyond the call of duty to help me with some damage to my coffee table. That was damage that I caused. I submitted a claim to Guardian Protection plan and was denied coverage, without providing an adequate explanation. A store manager (Marc) corrected the problem, regardless of how Guardian had treated me. He went way beyond what was fair. I would not hesitate recommending Bob's Furniture in Wilkes Barre, PA to all of my family and friends. I can not say the same thing about Guardian Protection.

We were almost forced to pay $300.00 for delivery. This wasn't an option. NO IN STORE PICK-UP FOR THE BEDROOM SETS WE WERE GOING TO PURCHASE. We were going to spend close to $3200.00 for two bedroom suits. WE LIVE LESS THAN A MILE AWAY... $300.00 TO DELIVER TWO BEDROOM SUITS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. THEY REFUSED TO ALLOW US TO PICK UP AT THE STORE. SOMETHINGS NOT RIGHT THERE... WE WENT TO EAST END SHOPPING CENTER TO ANOTHER OUTLET AND FOUND CHEAPER BEDROOM SUITS WITH A DELIVERY CHARGE OF $25.00

This place SUCKS. Purchased bunk beds for my daughters. First time delivered they were missing hardware. Today a piece is completely broken out of box. Refusing order and buying elsewhere. This place is a joke. Not once, but twice my daughters are disappointed. The Manager I spoke with says oh well we will have to re deliver. Sorry but I’d rather buy somewhere else. Apparently they don’t care about customer service. I want this issue resolved TODAY!
