very disappointing - i called to order a desk that I had seen in the store. I asked about delivery and was told $55 payable in cash. Also told that I would need to come back to the store to order the desk - I had manufacturer name but not model number. When I got there I found out that the desk I wanted only came in a box and needed to be assembled. It would have been nice to have this information from my phone call (all of this manufacturers furniture is unassembled) or it should have been apparent (like a sign on the desk indicating assembly required) Ordering the desk on line would have been much easier and less costly.

Purchased a king size mattress set. One of their higher end models, pillow top. It was 1/3 the price of similar mattresses at other local furniture stores. 6 months later it is still AMAZING!!! Like sleeping on a cloud! Staff is friendly, helpful but not pushy.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Went there and spent over an hour going through the offerings, finally made a selection and was about to spend $600+ on a sofa with delivery. My girlfriend is on medication that makes it important to use the rest room on short notice. The salesperson refused to let her and said we had to ask the manager. The manager, some kid who looks like he hasn't had a bath in a week comes over and says town regulations won't let him do it. Really? The town says your customers have to be put in a bad way? We saw two bathrooms in the showroom so it's not like they didn't have any. So I told him no bathroom, no sale. He let us walk out the door. What a fool. STAY AWAY from that pit of idiots. If I could do zero stars I would.
