My husband and I decided to make the much needed purchase of a new mattress. I heard so many good things about Mattress Firm from Cat Country's morning show Brian and Amanda that we had to go there. We were greeted by Phil and he was great. We needed to reeducate ourselves with the new mattress technology and he did. He asked what we preferred and didn't and walked us through some of the mattresses he thought we might like. Well we did and made the purchase! Love our new mattress..Thank you Phil and mattress first. Mary and Bill - Falmouth Store purchase.

Great service. Bill Collins was extremely helpful and patient. No rushing or hard sell. Got a great deal deal on a floor model with a slight flaw that was barely noticeable. Would definitely recommend this store.

My husband and I were shopping for mattresses and after visiting a number of other stores, we walked in to Mattress Firm feeling confused and overwhelmed. Bill Collins met us at the door and greeted us warmly. He fitted us for a mattress that was right for us by showing us how our bodies should be aligned when on our sides and back. He simplified everything and we felt informed and confident in our purchase. Mattress Firm also gives you four months to exchange your mattress for any reason which is longer than anywhere else we'd been. On top of that, unlike other places, they refund you the difference if you choose a less expensive bed and they don't charge a re-stocking fee. A great store and a great salesman. We chose a Simmons Legend and a Simmons Black bed because we did an adjustable Split King so we were able to have different mattresses without sleeping in separate beds. The price was better than anywhere else too. We are very happy with the whole experience, thank you Bill!

Very nice customer service! No typical sales pitch trying to get you to spend more. Very happy with price range! Kevin is very pleasant and easy to talk with.
