staples is the perfect example of trying to hard.
 pros: if you are a customer you can go there a complaint pretty much about anything and they will bend the rules for you in other ways you can get away with anything if you jell at the manager.

Cons: this list is to long but lest try.. always under staff , management is UN-experience as most of them only work in staples their whole life, protection plans are a scam, liquid armor is a scam (do not fall for this), services over prized no experience or knowledge in tech services only one cashier most of the time. manager jerry is rude to all customer and yells at his employees in the sales floor. Staples you are the worse!!

I will never use their print shop ever again, the last couple of times I have used the website to order for pick up in store has been a disaster. They either never got an "alert" that it was sent, making me wait hours after I came to get it (which I do wait the 4 hours to go in store like they suggestion btw) or their machine is broken and they never call me, or if they do they call HOURS after the order was placed. Very unprofessional and not worth it.
