I brought my car here to see what was wrong with it, they checked it and I couldn’t afford the repair and they didn’t charge me!! Great service thank you Bob’s repair

My car hit a curb so I went to Bob's. I've had nothing but good experiences with their other branch in Meyer so I thought the one in Waconia would be O.K but I was wrong. I brought it there and was quoted $175.00 for a bent ball joint. Then after asking them to send the quote via fax it went up to $193. They claim the part was more expensive then they originally thought. So I said O.K. So I left my car there to get repaired. I came back to pick it up and pay the bill. I was handed a bill for $275.00, no call no warning no authorization no nothing. They apparently went ahead and realigned the car and also replaced a tie rod. I understand that the car might have been up on the hoist and didn't realize the part was bad until they got it up there but would a 5 min phone call hurt em? Then I get my car back and the battery was dead. They jumped it for me and I left. Now my radio is hardly picking up any channels at all. It's like the antenna connection is bad. They deny fault and is still bad.
