I never worry if I get in an accident. Hei has made my car look as good as new. They are the best, easy to work with my insurance and a pleasure to do business with them.

I have brought my vehicles there multiple times for auto body repairs. (My vehicles seem to be moving targets.) The work has always been done well. The customer service however, is severely lacking. This last time, not only was Dean extremely rude, they left a mess in my back where they repaired my bumper. I chose to leave it instead of having to deal with him again. That was two months ago. Lo and behold, a teenager ran a stop sign yesterday and now I need a new front end. After 10 years of going to HEI, I'll be taking my business elsewhere all do to poor customer service.

I have seen reviews online that slam the owner for his personality, let's face it, if you are standing in front of him, you are probably having a very bad day (and guess who gets to receive all your happiness from some idiot running a stop sign). 

I came to HEI after having "the other guys" insurance kept trying to cut corners. I was already tired of dealing with repair shops and insurance companies.

 Dean was very straight forward with me, delivered what he promised and at a reasonable rate & time.  Best part is, my truck came in with medium  body damage and came out looking like a new truck. I personally think this shop should be rated higher than 4 stars. finding a shop that takes pride in their work is hard to find! this one still does...

Dean and his staff at Hei do a fantastic job told me a week before my car would be done and had it back in 3 days

Been there twice, both times they have done great work and been very helpful and friendly!  Would definitely use them again (which I hope I don't need to though!)
