Called to get a quote to tow a vehicle for repairs. Was told $225, maybe $250.  So I booked the tow.  Tow was complete, was called and told the cost was $350.  Then was told that the guy that gave the quote wasn't qualified to give a quote.  Wait a minute... then why was he giving a quote?!  Yep, I paid it. What choice did I have at that point. So now I need to go speak to the owner. Guessing that based on the attitude of the driver, this won't go well.  

It's a small town.  Need to do business the right way.  If an employee gives a quote, it should be honored. It's not my problem that the employee wasn't qualified, it's the owners problem.  I'll let you know if she made good on the quote. I'll also let you know if she didn't.  Until then, 1 star.

Bait prices are ridiculous, owner wanted to charge me 3.50 a piece on 7 inch sucker minnows! You just lost a customer who comes there allot.

Terrible had some work done there. Didn't solve the problem they wanted to keep putting in parts for more money. Went to pick car up little kids running around nobody watching them. Took forever to pay my bill only one person working and they were to busy talking to friends to help customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Every single employee at this store is wonderful, and they take the time to remember the things you buy.  The younger kids always grab my brand of cigarettes as soon as I walk in the door.  Little things like that can make someone's day.  They really make sure you feel welcomed in their store.  There towing is also superior, and they get to you promptly... no waiting around for hours.  Their prices are cheaper than the Holiday next door too.  I always see people of all ages hanging out at the tables, drinking coffee.  It is just a friendly atmosphere, and I would choose them over any other convenience store in Waconia.  I plan to go to them for my car repair needs as well.

If you need tires for your light truck or SUV I recommend Colony. I got great traction and tread Plus a quiet ride. Very good value.
