Bob Ward's Sports & Outdoors is the largest and oldest sporting goods retailer in the state of Montana. I just bought my first gun here, and they were great. The guy who helped me knew EVERYTHING about the gun I came to buy. They were very friendly and patient, and that is not an average experience at a gun counter for someone who doesn't know a ton about guns. They've got my business for all my future purchases

Way too spendy, no customer service, employees didn't seem to care about two senior gentlemen wanting a watch band at all. I personally could not afford ANYTHING in this place. I'll NEVER return even if I hit the lottery.
   Don GRUBE ..( a poor man apparently) how could anyone afford to enjoy the outdoors knowing they got SCREWED at Bob Wards????

Very disappointed in Bob Wards. I bought a pair of Under Armour golf shorts for my husband for Fathers day ($65.00), along with several other items.  He tried them on, but they were the wrong size. I tried to return them yesterday, and was told they could not take them back. The young man said that it was very obvious that my husband played a game if golf in them!!! I was shocked. All of the tags are still on them!!! He said there were stains and wrinkles on the backside. This really upsets me. These shorts are in the SAME condition as when I bought them & have NEVER been worn. My husband and I have always supported Bob Wards. We have spent thousand of dollars there, but sadly we will never go back.
