Ordered a chicken Banh Mi and the Tarzan Blended Milk Tea. The Banh Mi was very underwhelming and quite plain. Bread wasn't crispy either and was also plain. Really just had two tiny cucumbers, some carrots, sauce, chicken, and a few jalapenos. I would rate it a 2/5, since it was edible and i was hungry. $10 is ridiculous to charge for this. If it were a $4-5 banh mi I would have given it a 3. There are much better banh mi in the area. The milk tea was very good though; probably close to 5/5. I guess this is mostly a tea bar, going off of the quality of what I ordered.
Really cute shop! There was one person working who served me and my two friends- understaffed but great service : also a really cool menu of many fancy drinks!!
Went in for the first time today with my partner, the boba was amazing and we both really loved it! I got a California and they got a Pink Strawberry. They didn't have any tapioca boba which I got 50% off my next visit for the trouble so I got it with crystal boba instead, which I'm usually not a fan of, but I genuinely loved the crystal boba here! Staff was very friendly and I definitely see myself going more often :
the boba was soo good and my friends who bought it too liked it. i got pho for the first time and it was free cause one of the workers payed for me which is awesome thank you so much BUT the only problem was that the container for the mushrooms & juice broke, leaving a mess inside the bag. i even set it on my leg for a second and it burnt me for a sec. didn’t leave a mark and the sauce in a small container opened too. my friends liked the pho i did a bit but not me, i guess i’m not a pho person. otherwise amazing service just please for the love of god get new containers for the juice.
Absolutely amazing customer service and even better Boba!! My daughter was in childrens hospital for a week and could not wait to get some. I’m so glad we happened to find Pho. I live about 40 minutes away but have no problem making this a weekly trip
Walked into a completely silent empty building, heard a big sigh and then a very unfriendly girl came from the back area to the counter and said "what". I told her I wanted to order to go and she rolled her eyes and said "what do you want??" With kind of an attitude. She made my order in silence and placed it on the counter and walked away. It was okay as far as taste goes but the vibe of the whole interaction was weird and unfriendly. Will not be back.
The place has potential and the drink menu is pretty great. Unfortunately, there was a foul smell in the place when I was there like something sweet that was souring. I order the Honeydew - Mat Ong Fruit tea. Is was super sweet and delicious. I'd go back to try the rest of the drink menu.
I poured out the tea to show how all of the boba were stuck together plus the tea was gross. Also it was $30 to get two teas delivered and both of them had disgusting bubbles all stuck together no flavor and ruined the flavor of the drink.
Had a bad experience here before but decided to give them a try again after a few months. It is nearby and i want to like them because its convenient location. I ordered and the boba was only half cooked, still hard on the inside. And the noodles for my pho were 100% not cooked at all. The bread was way too thick for the little amount of filling i got, and was overall dry.
The vibe in here was very weird… the young employees were very sweet and polite and made a wonderful iced chai boba. That being said, there was no manager there and I personally feel there should be. The employees were young teenagers and they were totally capable of doing everything themselves. They did a wonderful job and the three star review is not a reflection of the employees or how they do their job. The three star rating is exclusively for who ever manages this establishment. I just feel it’s odd to leave them all alone with no supervision… Again, my drink was good and I do not wish to discredit their beverages however very over priced for the environment and experience. I believe I spent $7 or $8 on one single drink for such a poor environment. There was so much ice I could not even consume 50% of my boba and got irritated and threw it away. The establishment is not aesthetic at all and there is no seating areas. It is not your cute aesthetic typical boba shop. Management please do better to ensure your staff has some guidance and you decorate better or provide some sort of seating for your customers.
