Wish I would of read the reviews before taking my daughter to this pediatrics office. We took our daughter there a few times and we were very dissatisfied and never brought her back. The times we did go there we gave our insurance and paid the co pay at the time of each visit. Fast forward two years and I now have a Derogatory mark on my credit report thanks to Boca Del Mar Pediatric’s incompetent billing department. I called them a few times and they say my balance is zero yet they have a derogatory mark on my credit report. For a collection of $331. Just horrible for messing up my credit. The review from 8 years ago is almost exactly what I went through so I guess things have not changed.

The Billing department is horrible They lose payments, don't bill insurance correctly and then try to blame you for their incompetence. After 18 months of seeing our son, they could not get the billing correct. In turn they tried sue us. In addition to the billing issues, our son was miss diagnosed, which caused additional breathing problems. After seeing and consulting with another pediatrician, we were advised to not to follow their care and to discontinue the prescribed medication. Within 2 days he was healthy, happy and a normal child, with no problems since. We believe that following their doctors advice will only harm your child and put you in court paying fees that should have been covered by insurance, had they been billed correctly.

My wife and I want to express our satisfaction with the team at the Boca Del Mar pediatrics office. Coming from up north where healthcare is outstanding, we were nervous at the prospect of choosing a pediatrician when our first child was born. Our neighbor suggested this practice and we could not be happier. Our children see Dr. Relkin, who is patient, takes a lot of time with us, and explains everything to us clearly. We highly recommend this practice to any parent in the Boca Raton area.
