If I could give this place a negative score, I would, for SO many reasons... The apartments are so poorly built, you hear everything from the apartments upstairs and next door to you. There is never anywhere to park. Oh, and God forbid you have guests over, they’ll boot their car unless they are registered. However, NOWHERE do they tell you how to register them. Also, you don’t get a microwave and doing laundry takes a while, since the dryers don’t dry. These “luxury” apartments are way overpriced, since the only luxurious thing about them is the name. I’ve never gone to the pool, even though I love it, because it’s so uninviting. Did I mention the mail gets lost and they don’t do anything about it? All they say is “yeah, we’ve been having this issue for so long, we don’t know how to fix it.” Save yourself the money and the frustration and go anywhere else. I can’t wait to move! My one year lease has seemed like an eternity.

***MUST READ*** I am currently a resident of Gables Boca Place Drive and have much to say. Just recently I was held at gunpoint in the parking by a man who LIVES HERE TOO! Apparently this he has had other disturbances in the community and has yet to be evicted. This is NOT a safe community. There is no security here. Management does not take security seriously. This is especially disturbing since many families make up most of the community. In addition to the complete lack of security, we had moved in to an apartment infested with termites and water damage to the roof (which they only painted over when asked to come and fix). STAY AWAY!

Horrible management best way to contact them is going in person because they will not call you back. My mom got booted the first night we moved in. We were only given 1 guest pass per apartment. They put 3 young college girls in a complex with all families, which is fine until a cop came to our door twice because our neighbor had child services called on them. At the end of the move, we were given an uncertified notice to pay an absurd amount of money for things that were not true. All in all, horrible expierence.

I am trying to move and want responses from management because I read all these reviews being a compliance officer and no one gets locked out unless served by Sherriff office so if this place plays these type of games I will have a problem meaning police will open this door. As far as fixtures I want my stuff fixed asap so if this is the place please e mail me as I have no time for foolishness. Seems like these reviews are horrid and I am looking to seriously move. Ty

Worse experience of my life as far as rentals. Our ceiling has been leaking since the day we moved in and all they will do is paint over it. Finally with all the rain last week the ceiling gave in. All of our stuff is piled up in one room and we've had to cram into one room at our in laws. it's been 8 days and nothing has been done period I called 2 days ago to ask how they can help us to find other accommodations and they told us quote-unquote" you can move out" . This is how they would treat you as well. Besides, the rent is insanely high and this place is no better than anywhere else I've ever lived. I would give zero stars but I can't
