This hospital is incredible!! The nurses and doctors in the ER and on the oncology floor took such great care of my father while he was there. Very clean and well maintained hospital. A lot of private rooms. Big cafeteria with a lot of food options as well as a Starbucks in the main lobby. Over all just a great experience with Boca Regional.

We went in for our son's birth. Nurses were great, room very clean and spacious and food better than I would thought, no complains. Before we left the balance was paid and we were told that we would not have to pay anything else. A month later over $1k bill and 2 months later another $1k. Now dealing with their billing departments is no less than a toothache. Insurance calls them nobody is willing to help or are their to help. I was helped by a lady called Julie who was very rude and treated me like a criminal. Good hospital but billing area

My wife was taken by ambulance with an irregular heartbeat and received amazing and excellent care in the Emergency Room. The staff was kind caring and reassuring. The doctor was incredible. We should never need to be taken to the hospital, but this is a place to get treated in all good ways. Thank you.

Hospital care was fine. However, the transportation service employed by Boca Raton Hospital is total unsatisfactory. My father, 99, was released from the hospital at 6pm in the evening, and transportation was not available until 1am the next morning to return him to his assisted living home. HOspital staff explained the delay to higher priority customers of the ambulance service. That's fine but alternate non emergency service should be available. My father was exhausted after the long ordeal to say the least. The person on the hospital staff responsible for transportation services is not doing his job properly and my father case should be reviewed to identify incompetent staff that cannot develop suitable transportation arrangement for patients after they are released from hospital. The staff person should be on notice and if cannot perform better, he should be fired.

I was admitted into ER last night and sat in a room for hours waiting to be attended to. After approximately two hours, my husband reached out to a nurse asking what was going on, he was told that they thought I was in a different room and that I had left the hospital. We continued to wait for any attention at all, after my husband once again requested what was going on, he was told that they were trying to find another room for me. At this point, I have yet to see a doctor. Finally, I was relocated to another ER room. The head nurse came in immediately and apologized for what happened and stated that I was in good hands and that the doctor would be coming in very shortly. Other than someone coming into my room to "hook me up" as strange as that sounds, we continued to wait for a doctor for approximately another hour. My husband went to the nursing desk and had a long talk with hospital personnel and was once again told that they did not know i was in the newly assigned room; what a joke! At this point, I simply lost all confidence in this hospital, got dressed and left! I will say that they were very efficient in making sure they are getting paid as that person did in fact visit my room for that particular purpose....All in all, I was there 3:45 minutes and completely felt neglected; they will never see me and many others again....
