Excellent care and excellent people. We took our dog here the night before Christmas after he managed to eat a bag of chocolate we had for the kids. The staff was fast and hands on assuring us every step of the way. Macy is doing just fine now. Thanks for being there.

Our dog was hit by car and we brought her here. Unfortunately, she did not make it but I have no words to express the gratitude for the doctor and nurse that went above and beyond for us. She was 14 and we had had her since she was a puppy. The doctor was honest and compassionate which helped us understand the depth of the situation. Thank you.

Stay as far away from this place. Went in on emergency to get my dog checked for bites from another dog. Quoted us at almost $1K! From the get go we could tell that they have no respect for people much less animals. It was all about the money. They kept trying to “sell us” the services. We waited it out another day and went to our vet, he told us the medication they prescribed cost no more than $20 dollars and they charged us almost $400. Not only was it a rip-off but they were suggesting unnecessary procedures to our dog. We will never step foot in this place again.

The reviews are true. This place is a rip off and never again will I ever step foot in their establishment. I called ahead of time because I had to put my Chihuahua down. The girl on the phone told me $190 which I agreed to. When I brought my dog in and waited for about 30mins she then brings me an estimate for $570. My mouth hit the floor. At a time where I had to sat goodbye to my. Four legged friend they were trying to scam me. I told him to. Another Animal hospital and payed $284.00. Stay away from this place

Came to this location after my puppy fell off the bed & hit his head. I wanted to make sure everything was ok so we made a trip to the emergency room around 11pm on New Years Eve. Walked in & no one was sitting up front so my friend & I had to call around for about a minute before anyone showed up. I was visibly upset & concerned for the well being of my pup & the stuff acting as though they did not want to help us. One person was beating around the bush on how the doctor would not be able to help us. When I asked if he was saying my puppy shouldn’t be seen he said “those words never came out of my mouth” but that’s exactly what he was implying. Before my puppy was even seen the man at the front desk was saying that my puppy would need X-rays & if I couldn’t afford them that there was nothing the doctor could do. The whole time the front desk staff acting as though we were a bother. We left & went to the Coral Springs emergency vet where we were treated kindly. Definitely will not be returning to this location.
