I have had this company do several jobs for us at our rental properties. They do everything by the book, up to code, and I always feel confident it is done right. They are prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. Even if it is just a question, I can call and get a straight forward answer. I have recommended them to others and will continue relying on them for any future projects.

Unfortunately for us, this company installed all of the electrical equipment, and wiring in our newly renovated house. Logically contacting them when we experienced a problem seemed best.  Wrong.  An electrician answered the phone and I described my problem.  Last week I plugged a small lamp into a wall outlet in the master bedroom and the breaker was thrown.  We have tried unplugging everything and flipping the breaker fully off and then back on and we can't seem to get the electricity back in both the master bedroom and bathroom.  These two rooms are on one breaker.  "Well you probably just didn't flip the breaker all the way ma'am."  Yes sir I said, I did make sure the breaker was fully flipped before attempting to turn it back on. "Well it sounds to me like you got a bad breaker"  --Really i said -- bad breaker, with all new equipment -- Yeah, those things don't last forever -- you don't expect everything to last forever do ya?!  -- I expect new equipment to last more than 2 years sir, and I don't consider 2 years to be forever.  Well sometimes those breakers last only 3 months.  -- on and on this guy was completely trite and defensive and wanted to give me a copy of his calendar as proof of parts and service on the work they had done.  I'll be checking with the city now to make sure the work done was up to code.   I won't be calling them out to further mess up our house. Turning to Angies list, I found a nice company with professional customer service skills called Higher Power to come and help us.
