After three in home visits from another appliance service company to fix my ice maker in my new refrigerator, I contacted Riley Electrical Services.  Gerry and Tyler showed up, ran through a series of test with the freezer.  Gerry then asked to see the owner's manual to read about the water hook-up to the water/ice maker.  They ran a series of test to determine if the ice maker was receiving an adequate flow of water from the water system (we are on a well).  Low-n-behold, the flow of water to the ice-maker was not fast enough to fill the ice tray.  It took about 30 minutes for them to determine this, but the other company had no clue.  I would highly recommend Gerry Riley.  He took the time to look at all the possibilities, not just throw a band-aid over the problem.  He was even nice enough to clean the floor before they pushed the refrigerator back into place.  That is customer service at it's finest.  Can't go wrong with Gerry Riley.

Gerry at Riley Electric fixed our malfunctioning AC years ago (after others gave up on the unit) and most recently completed a day's worth of electric jobs around our house.  He listens to what needs to be done, explains how he will do it and cleans up after himself.  Very hard working and safe to have in your home.

My wife and I recently had Gerry out on an emergency call to diagnose various issues in my home. I’m located in Westerville, OH which is far out of the way for him but he was more than happy to come out and help us immediately. His service and accommodations were not only much appreciated but extremely professional and helpful in ways other services cannot provide. After speaking with him on the phone, he was out the next morning assisting me and this was the first time I had met him. His dedication, efficient service and professionalism was not something I was used to, as most services and other companies are costly and inefficient. Additionally, right from the start Gerry was outgoing and made me feel comfortable and confident from the beginning. His initial costs were true to the end costs, which is rare in other companies. I am more than pleased with the work Gerry had done and will be in contact with him in the future.

Loved that Gerry arrived on time. Usually have a long wait for servicemen. Excellent service. He explained what he was doing and did the job well. He was a lovely, sweet man and so personable. Would highly recommend his services.
