Debi Clark has been the owner of Body Balance Pilates Studio in Corvallis for 13 years. She is a warm and extremely knowledgeable instructor who always makes her exercise classes challenging and fun. I look forward to going each and every week. Her studio is well equipped, quiet and private (unlike other places where you are exercising in full view of people walking by like you are in a store front window). Debi has an easy going style but she has a way of challenging you to do your best in a way that gets results. In addition to her vast experience and knowledge of Pilates, Debi has developed a specialized class custom tailored for folks with Parkinson's. She emphasizes core strength, flexibility, and balance. I first met Debi when she was advocating the benefits of Pilates as a presenter at a Young Onset Parkinson's disease (PD) conference at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). As a 46 year old person newly diagnosed with PD I was very lucky to meet Debi and hear her words of hope and encouragement. For over ten years Debi has helped me, and others, to stay fit and remain active in spite of our disease. She has had a profound impact on my health and is a significant reason why those of us in her classes are doing as well as we are.

I've attended private Pilates session at Body balance for the last 10 years and have benefited greatly from Debi Clark's experience and knowledge. She offers group sessions as well . The studio is well equipped with reformers, cadillacs, springboards, Pilates chairs and a multitude of balancing equipment.

I have found Debi to be the most challenging and qualified instructor I have had in over the 8 years of Pilates instructions. Her studio has a complete array of Pilates equipment with Cadillacs, Reformers, Chairs and Springboard. She is well versed in all the equipment and her classes are always varied.
