I suffer from chronic pain in my low back. A friend recommended I take some Pilates classes. I was skeptical, but I figured I had nothing to lose. I am so glad I did. The classes and exercises has helped tremendously with my low back pain. I will continue to take Pilates classes from Shiikon. She is a very compassionate and patient person who was a joy to work with. Take a Pilates class from Shiikon, you won't regret it.
