Very fun and energetic trainers and staff who really want to see members succeed. The classes are always intense, tough, and even humorous. I’d recommend this gym to anyone who appreciates class based exercising and for those who live in the downtown area it’s great with lots of parking in the back. Make sure to bring your own water bottle. They also have open gym hours for any folks who want to workout solo.

I’ve found a home at Bodyfit full of wonderful caring individuals who only want success for you! This is more than a gym, it’s a family! You won’t regret coming into this gym! Try it! They have it all ❤️

Such a great gym to be a part of!! The Josh and David make you feel so comfortable and encouraged and this motivates you to do your best and keep coming back! They challenge you every day and care about what your personal goals are. Since I work right down the street it is also convenient that they offer Kickboxing and HIIT classes at noon Monday-Thursday.  I'm so glad I decided to join and always tell the rest of my work friends they are missing out!

I love going to Bodyfit! I take classes during the lunch hour HIIT and Kickboxing both David and Josh are amazing trainers. I am always surprised that they know my name and have since the first time I walked in. They take the time to know you and your goals which is totally different than any other gym I have been too. I can't say enough good things about Bodyfit. Go see Josh and David you can thank me later!
