Hitch Fit from my perspective! Dieting has nothing to do with Hitch Fit. Hitch Fit Personal Training it's about learning and adapting new ways, changing your personal outlook and mindset. Its dedication, commitment and willpower to succeed, something many luck in due to various reasons. Life is not to blame, at times circumstances are thrown at us and we feel hindered, people influencing us in negative ways, or there are the situations we not making the right choices coming up with all sorts of excuses. Blaming and pointing the fingers at others is so much easier, ego loves it that way and in this case blaming Hitch Fit Personal Training. Hitch Fit is working together and follow the custom designed plan for your body and change your life-style and outlook on food. Adapting utterly and totally the new ways of seeing how you interact with food and the way you used to be, doing regular excercise will help you to preform on an all time high in all areas of your life. That's what Hitch Fit Personal Training is all about, teaching, adapting, committing, all that are willing to change and commit to the change. One of the trainers recently stated he doesn't need an alarm clock any longer he gets woken up by his passion every morning. I couldn't agree more, since joining Hitch Fit Family and Online community, I am awake way before crack a dawn, my metabolism kicks in and I am awake with so much energy and excitment. I am a client and have so far lost 30 lbs with my first program. Situation and circumstances have come across my path many times. It's not that it has not affected me, because it has but its at such times not to give up and pushing through, despite setbacks. This program is no quick fix answer and doesnt promise quick results by not doing anything you wont see results. Sweat, training and a combination of cardio, weight training and the right nutrition's is the simple and only way to get yourself there. Cardio, running, moving around and do something to change is the biggest hurdle when people want to change and lose weight to get fit, feel great inside out, I first thought too, cardio no way how will I get to do this and now I love running, I feel so energized with all the healthy nutrition, I found the right balance, no more tiredness and laziness? The trainers at Hitch Fit have passion and are professionals and too have transformed at one point in their lives, they all know what they teach and share their passion with everyone that is ready to change their lifestyle. This is the real deal, you got to commit and all trainers are committed to their clients, supporting them every step during and beyond their transformation. Hitch Fit has dedicated themselves to help change the world in regards of staying fit, keep fit not just but with a combination of fitness and the right nutrition, it changes entire communties and workplaces in a whole new way. KUDOS to the entire team!!
