When you join BODYROC FIT LAB you aren't just joining a gym...you are joining an amazing group of people, both trainers and members alike, all of whom provide support, guidance and friendship along your fitness journey.  The owner Shaun Chambers is heavily invested in his members' success and have assembled a phenomenal team of trainers, all of whom truly care about their clients.  I have been going to BODYROC for about 3 months now and have made huge progress towards my goals, and I owe it all to the BODYROC FAMILY.  Don't hesitate...join as soon as possible and become a part of something that will change your life. I have been going to BODYROC for about one month thanks to one of my good friends. And I cannot express how much working out here has changed my life. I am motivated every day to get a workout in early, late, rain, or shine. Shaun has created an atmosphere like no other gym. Strangers become friends and working out becomes a party. I’m very thankful to have come here and now work towards my goals with the BODYROC team.

Hands down the best place to workout! Shaun and his crew are the most motivating and inspiring people in the business. After your first class you’ll leave sore but I guarantee you’ll be hooked. You’ll end up pushing yourself to limits you didn’t even know you had with the BodyRoc family by your side. Do yourself a favor and join, I promise you wont regret it!

I have been going to Bodyroc for 6 months and I am still excited to workout here. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating, the front desk team is amazing, the members are fantastic and the music is on point....live Djs!!! The class schedule is flexible which is a great for a working mom like me. They have cool workout gear and tasty smoothies!! What are you waiting for? Sign up today, you will not be disappointed!!
