I've been a personal training client here since they opened 10 years ago.  It's a wonderful place to work out, without judgement. The staff is certified and constantly updating their education. I'm not a "gym person", but I love being here.  It's rarely crowded and you can almost always get a treadmill or elliptical.

This is the best place to work out in the area. Great staff dedicated to your health, personal training, perfect size, always clean, members friendly. Been a member for 10 years and would never go back to those huge factory "health clubs."

A gym that focuses on YOU. No competition and it's all about family, health, and fitness. If I disappear for a few months, they still know me by name and welcome me with open arms when I am ready to return. I have nothing but love and respect for this gym and its staff!

I went to the gym for a massage with Marsha. The environment is very welcoming. It was my first time and Marsha was very professional. I felt comfortable immediately and I highly recommend Marsha to others.

I left the big box gyms and gave Excel a try without any regrets. Although it's a smaller gym, it's very well equipped with both machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. And the staff is extremely attentive—they actually give personal service without your having to ask for it.

It's not crowded with grunting muscle heads, it's clean, and other members are friendly and respectful.

Personal training is outstanding. I've worked with two different Excel trainers who put me in the best shape of my life. No question. Highly recommended.
