SO--I have been coming to Jessica for eleven years now.  It is always a different and inspiring work out. I come twice a week, once to see Jessica, and once I see Sara.  After my work outs, I feel so strong.  I work better, I play golf better.  I am totally at peace and happy.  Everything seems possible!   It's the whole package of health at Pilates Defined.

A clean, beautiful studio with skilled instructors and good group classes. I love doing reformer privates with Kat Murphy. My body literally tones /sculpts after very few sessions.

Pilates Defined is everything and more that I was looking for in a Pilates studio. Jessica, the owner, is not only a wonderful trainer but also an incredible person. I look forward to my workouts AND to spending an hour with Jessica in her beautiful space. The studio is as inviting as Jessica. I highly recommend the private sessions and the group classes. You will be challenged and excited to return time and time again.

The instructors are amazing. The studio is welcoming, clean and incredibly convenient. They have all the latest equipment and the "know how" of using it well and safely. You'll feel stronger after just one session! Promise...

Pilates Defined is really fabulous . . . the space is beautiful, modern, even serene, parking is a cinch - but more importantly Jessica the owner is amazing.  She really cares about her clients andis passionate about Pilates.  The private sessions are wonderful - they make excercising fun & that is saying something coming from me.  I really enjoy the workout.  She pushes me and constantly makes little adjustments to ensure I am getting the most out of every movement.  Each sessions is a little different so I don't get bored and she assists you in stretches that feel so good - you feel like might be at a spa for a moment!
Love it!
