My car buying experience at Bohn was great. I actually had 2 sales people because my sales rep I was dealing with had a delivery of a purchased car. Steven May was considerate enough to hand me off to Joe Templeton to take me on a test drive and answer questions about the vehicle, and Steven worked with me on the deal. This was refreshing because I know these guys work on straight commission, and they cared more about my experience than having to split the sale from it. Bohn had exactly what I needed, I left with that truck, and was content with the price paid. I would work with Steven, Joe, and Bohn Bros again.

The staff was helpful and not pushy at all. The finance department was the best part. They know what they’re doing and actually getting you the best deal possible. Great experience all around.

They just lost a loyal customer in me. I bought my 2016 RAV4 from them a couple years ago, and my husband also bought his 2014 Tundra and I have never had a bad experience. Last weekend I had an appointment for 11:30 for the standard 20K check (oil change and tire rotation) and sat in the waiting room (8 months pregnant by the way and already exhausted, just saying.) until 3:30 without a single person checking in or giving me an update or reason for the delay. People that had arrived an hour + after me got their vehicle, more minutes/hours passed until I was the last one in the waiting room. When I signed my invoice I remarked on how I would never be returning and how I hoped there would be a survey sent as I wanted to speak about my experience, and *crickets* from both women at counter. Okay. Finally when I got my car, the man that pulled it up offered a half hearted “Sorry about the wait, I’m the only one working on cars now.” Really? Why did I even make an appointment? I am not typically a customer who leaves an angry review, but you all really failed today. I’m grateful this was my last covered maintenance because I will never be returning, for oil changes OR car purchases. Customer service is #1 to me. Please do better.

My buying experience WAS going great. My sales representative, Brian C. WAS initially very attentive. I had some issues and concerns that he promise he would take care of. BUT once the payment for my purchase cleared, suddenly he stop answering my calls. It seemed I was no longer valuable. I would call the dealership asking to speak with him but he was never available. I left VM and text messages requesting callback. but never got one. I tried to get someone else to address my concerns but was referred back to sale rep who again was suddenly unavailable for me. After nearly one month, I still have unresolved issues. This is my first car purchased at this dealership and most definitely my last.

I worked with Lionel Batiste and King Sly to purchase a new RAV4. First of all Lionel made the negotiating easy and I know I have a fair price. This builds my trust in Bohn. King found the vehicle for me, took my wife and I for s test drive and explained all the features of it. That guy knows his cars! Both Lionel and King went out of their way to give me exceptional service and I would definitely recommend them and Bohn to others!
