Went there twice to buy tires, friendly staff, reasonable prices

Not often does someone get a flawless experience from start to finish when dealing with auto repair, but I'm here to say that Twin Tire & Auto Care gave me just that. I know where I'm bringing my car from now on, and they're just around the corner!

First, they have a super-convenient online appointment system that let me enter all of my car's info, my contact info, and what kind of problem I'm having. I was able to get the appointment time I wanted (7:30am), and Twin Tire's system even reminded me through both email and text that my appointment was coming up. There were easily accessible, printable coupons, too.

Drove to the shop a little early on appointment day, and my wife and I were let in right on opening time. Mathew gave us a warm greeting, knew exactly who I was, and proceeded to go over the info I'd entered into the system. Simple. Easy. I handed off the keys and ended up getting out of there in under 5 minutes. 

Received a call less than a hour later. As it turns out, there was a different problem than we'd expected, related to a service we'd gotten at the dealership about a year earlier. Mathew was very helpful, and suggested that we bring the car back to the dealership, since it had low enough mileage to still be under warranty. He said he would hold back from even giving a quote because he was so sure (and in fact, we found out that it was still under warranty from the dealership). 

My wife and I returned later in the day to pick up the car. Upon walking in, we were again greeted by Mathew, key in hand. No diagnostics fees. No other charges. Just the keys and appreciation for Mathew being honest and upfront. He wished us a happy Independence Day, and we were on our way. As a business owner myself, for a different kind of repair shop, it gives me assurance that there are others out there who place integrity before profit as well. 

Definitely will be my go-to place for car problems, big and small. Thanks guys.

I called them yesterday at 7:30 to see if they could take my wifes car in to check and fix her a/c. I dropped it off at 8:00 to Mr. Matt. He had one of the other consultant drop me back off at home. I was told by bohn ford that i needed a new compressor and condenser. Turns out i only need a condenser. They SAVED me almost a thousand dollars. Thank you matt you just made a life time customer.
