"WORD OF ADVICE TO ANYONE SEEKING TO PURCHASE FROM WESTBANK SUPERSTORE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO IT."

I made a purchase of a 2016 Nissan Versa Note Hatchback roughly 2 months ago since having the vehicle I only drove my vehicle twice I repeat twice. Since having the vehicle it has since been with BEST CHEVROLET sister company for WESTBANK SUPERSTORE. When I initialing made this purchase I was never told by Sales person Tracy Mitchell that the vehicle had a history of mechanic issues. When the vehicle was brought to BEST CHEVROLET for repairs after 72 hours and calling to check on my vehicle the service manager Jessica advise that they could not start the work due to the Finance Manager Reginald Aguillard not allowing them to start the work. After contacting them directly they gave me the complete run around literally, had to reach out to my finance company for legal actions in order for my repairs to start. BEST CHEVROLET had my vehicle for a month and I just recently as of a few days ago got my vehicle back only to my surprise that my vehicle is still not working. 

I WOULD TELL ANYONE IF YOUR GOING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE PLEASE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ONE FROM THIS AUTO DEALERSHIP WHICH IS A USED CAR AFFILIATE TO BEST CHEVROLET THERE HAS BEEN MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS FILE ABOUT THE MISTREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS PURCHASING VEHICLE I HAVE FILE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT WITH BEST CHEVROLET MANAGEMENT ON FINANCE MANAGER REGINALD  AGUILLARD AND SALES PERSON TRACY MITCHELL. 

DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND PURCHASE FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THIS ONE LACKS PROFESSIONALISM, INTEGRITY AND RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS.

Beware!  I spoke with two of their salesmen and neither had even the slightest clue about autos.  They were willing to engage in nefarious dealings to get a sale.  Rude and unfriendly when you don't buy there.
