They bring a burner to your table and light it. On the burner is a pot of soup with raw or partially cooked meats/ seafood/vegetables depending on what you ordered. All dishes can be ordered not spicy, or several degrees of heat. There are also seasonings on the table so you can adjust the spiciness once you have tasted the dish. Ate here with 3 children ages 5, 8 and 10. Servings are large for a 5yr old, but all loved the meal.

The food was delicious. My only complaint is that I had difficulty communicating my drink order to the wait staff (unsweetened black tea). After three attempts they finally got it. Although the restaurant wasn't full and there was a lot of staff it was rather difficult to get someone's attention. Outside of that the food was good and reasonably priced!

It’s probably the only Taiwanese cuisine left in town. Not the best hot pot, just decent. A little pricy though.

I ordered "the special" mild, and told the waiter to leave out the clams two or three times. The "mild" was hotter than pepper spray, and there were clams in my bowl. I ended up walking to the Co-op and getting something to eat there. The restaurant looked nice and the staff were friendly and polite. That's why I gave them two stars instead of one.
