I tried another seafood place on the west side that can not even compare to this restaurant. The prices here are reasonable and the food has that NOLA flavor that the one on the west side strives for. The one on the west side (boiler 65) had small portions and the food was very salty. This is the best in Cleveland. One thing I could only complain about this restaurant is the limited space available. I would reserve ahead.

After reading the stellar food review In an article in the plain dealer, I decided to check out this resturant. Tried to order the scallop entree, come to find out, not only were they out of of them,  but according to the waitress they were the size of of a penny. I appreciated her honesty.  Finally, after finding out they were out of the crab legs I wanted, I  settled for the shrimp basket. Both of our meals the portions were small, and mediocre at best for the price they charged. It is understood that seafood, particularly in the Midwest is not cheap. Being that I'm from D.C. seafood is my area of expertise. Will never again listen to the food critics that write for the plain dealer. Do these guys get kick backs or what? It seems a little suspect that this restaurant received a good review.

Food was fantastic.  I ate the crawfish.  They were tasty.  Service was a bit slow but they were packed.  A very cool experience.

Amazing...delicious and good price. You might need to make a reservation though...they're always packed especially on the weekend
