Our pop-up restaurant allows us to use our catering facility to offer a unique and exciting experience. Our food events take place in our historic 1948 diner car on a specific day and time each month. We get to experiment with ingredients and dishes from around the world and in our own backyards. This lends to fun, innovative and unusual dining. It allows our Cleveland community a chance to try something different every time.
