It's just Wendy's but the staff was polite, courteous and efficient. The sandwiches were made right and there was even hot sauce for my chili without even having to ask.

It's not exactly fast food... It's not exactly good food... But it's some pretty good fast food.

Showed up midnight after a Tribe game when the restaurant wasn't supposed to close til 1am. Place was locked tight, fryers cleaned and ready for closing. Worst part was that we could see the people who worked there hiding so we couldn't see them. Unreal. Terrible service on their part.

Super friendly service, always happy to serve. The food is good, they rarely get orders wrong and it's ready fast. Easily the best managed fast food place I have ever been. I'm most impressed with how personable the staff is, really likeable people. They must treat their employees well for them to have such a positive attitude. Corporate take note, this is the store to emulate!
