2 stars for the food, but 0 stars for service.. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and had to go inside after they gave me my order because I didn't get my complete order.. then waited another 15 minutes to get my bo'berries that they forgot.. so by the time I got home, the food was cold.. I've worked in fast food, my how the times have changed.. It's just not fast enough anymore.. It's always something with this restaurant on 111 South..

Awful service, and can never get an order right. We visit this location out of convenience. I guess we’ll just have to go to the location in La Grange or in Goldsboro to actually get what we order. This is not based on one visit, but on almost every visit for the past few months. Issues range from biscuits being cold and hard, tiny chicken tenders, meals come without a biscuit, and today they gave me a sweet tea instead of a Dr. Pepper.

Slowest place I have ever been might try Hardees instead they even got better service

Every time I've gone here in the past few months, they've gotten my order wrong, forgotten things from my order, or taken excessively long (20+ minutes in drive thru). When it took 20 minutes in drive thru, we had to leave without some of our food because otherwise we'd be late to work. The food we did get wasn't fully cooked. My experience at this bojangles used to always be good, but not lately.

It was so delicious just had a French fries and medium drink Pepsi and Bojangles has the best fries and biscuits
