Tasty food, little wait This Noodles and Company location is easy to get to. You can place an order for pick up, dine in, or take out. Every time I go (not Sunday) there are only a handful of people there. The staff is always friendly and willing to offer recommendations. I enjoy the hot pot and the tomato soup. It isn't really spicy: the Korean beef noodles are the spiciest item on the menu and I ate the whole bowl without a sweat. Usually jalapeños are spicy to me, so it was slightly disappointing on that dish.

Been a regular customer since they opened. Most often used their online ordering so I could get my order quickly and be back on the road. Today placed an order for a small mac and cheese. 17 minutes later (according to their own screen), cook finally puts up a mac and cheese with unmelted shredded cheese. When I asked for the cheese to be melted and not cold unmelted cheese, he looked at me like I was from Mars. Says he'll do it. (It always comes with the cheese melted.). I asked the young person at the counter if they had a new cook in the back. She mumbled no, that the person had been there since it opened. 20 minutes later I asked for a refund since I only get 60 minutes for lunch. Took him forever to do that. Other little quirky things over time, but this was ridiculous. I'm done. Noodles

Service was fast at the counter but when we went to sit down we realized there were no clean tables. Everyone seated had their food and there were atleast a dozen unoccupied tables that still had bowls and plates and food on them. The floors are also quite dirty. The staff is standing around talking and no one is cleaning up. Atleast the food tasted good.

The food is fantastic! I tried foods that I had never eaten before and they were very good. The place is easy to get in/out of and is clean and open. The staff are friendly and will help you make choices. The price is a little high but certainly affordable.
