It's hard. Being honest with this review. All the stars are for delicious food. 1 star was lost for forgetting my biscuits. Usually driving all the way back home and back is worth a little free dessert. Would have been five stars. The woman I told my biscuits were forgotten rolled her eyes and left. I had shown photographic evidence and my receipt. The second woman I showed got upset at the other employees for not giving me my biscuits. I think she was trying to be empathetic but in the end as a customer I had actually gotten complained to instead. Really. As one experience this wouldn't have lost two stars. It would have lost all of them, but there's a strong history of experience before this one star night.

what can i say, take it or leave it, it's fried chicken and most people like it. As for bojangles, they have a particular taste that's generally got a little spice to it that i really like. This bojangles in particular always seems to be the best one i've been to in 6 different counties over the years.

Wait was too long and food was cold, but once I brought the food back, the manager was very helpful in replacing the food

Just had to wait 15 minutes to get for two supreme combos. The people working there didn't seem to be in a hurry to get the food ready.
