Haven't been to this location in quite a while. I'm very impressed with the manager (Lois) on duty during our last visit. Despite the store being extremely busy our order was filled quickly. They're was a bit of a wait to place the order but the store was pretty packed. What impressed me was how polite the manager was being. She took the time to help my son get some jelly for his biscuit and had an employee check on a young man who was trying to get some cash to get a meal. She would have been in her right to run him off, but took the time when they were insanely busy to check on him. I've worked in food service several times over the years and it is so easy to let the crazy pace get to you. Lois is a rare gem in the food service world and makes it all look easy.

Lois, Murella and Brittany are awesome never disappointed when I go there.... My Bo rounds are always hot and fresh and the bo berry biscuits are always great! Thanks Ladies yall ROCK!

This location never ceases to disappoint when it comes to being terrible. I see why they have a rating of 91.0. One lady who works the drive thru has the worst attitude, and she never gets my order right. Some people may say, well go to another one, but this location is three minutes from my house, but to be honest, I'm tired of believing that one day, they will get it right, so I won't be going anymore.

Food is delicious, atmosphere of the place is great! The cashier, Brittany makes sure to get your order right. The manager,Lois is really nice too. I was really impressed when I had lunch there yesterday. When an elderly man came in and ordered his food she even took the time to remeber his senior discount. She showed compassion, a rarity these days when a young boy outside the resturant was hungry. The boy could not afford to pay for his food. Lois asked if he had gotten something to eat. She was relieved when another customer bought the boy some lunch. This was despite the place being crowded and her statement that one worker was out sick that day. She never once complained. She worked hard assisting in the drive through and fixing side dishes for the dine in customers as well. Thanks for your kindness! I recommend this location as the best Bonjanles in town to eat. I appreciate the children's menu for the children too. Our son tends to be a picky eater sometimes,yet this location has a menu that suits even him. So yes,I give this location,the manager and workers inside five stars and a thumbs up as well.😀
