Bojangles has gone down a lot. The employees are always being treated the worst. I use to work for them and recently quit because no one is willing to help with anything. I had to make a big Order and was still being yelled at for not keeping up with everything else. I saw a rat and was told to keep quiet. There was ants in the ketchup.... and I'm not saying this out of spite but as a concern for everyone else. There's only a few good nice workers there who deserve to be treated nice not like there nothing because managers have power and can do what they want.

Order was incorrect and the white gravy was very runny like soup. We trashed the food and went to McDonald's. Will not return to that location.

This place has really gone down hill bad, they must have a new manager. I'm tired of being disappointed, I'm done with this bojangles. Fries are always old or taste like they have been reheated. Went through the drive-thru today and got as usual old fries, even after asking for fresh ones, so I had to go inside and ask for some new ones...they gave me ones worst than the 1st ones, and I hear the manager tell the kid helping me, "we don't make fresh fries for people"...ok so you'll just serve me old fries... I'm done, there's too many other places to go that have better service. ✌
