I work a few miles from this place, and have occasionally stopped by for a quick bite around lunch time. Normally service is about a '3-stars' rate, while the food is '4-stars'. I wish I could say the same for today. Walked in with a few coworkers, and made a friendly comment about the amount of people there. When I was informed the wait would be too much for my hour-long break, I thanked them and stepped aside to discuss other lunch options. Not two steps in the other direction and one of the two hostesses LOUDLY remarks about what my expectations should be the week before Christmas. I was able to go just down the road and find someone to accommodate this, and I hope you will too. I will be avoiding this place for the unforeseeable future. I don't believe this place will be hurting about missing my business, but if they don't want it, I'm sure another place would.

12/31/2017-Service was lousy. We were shocked that the dinner portions were so small. Especially the lasagna. We had to ask for the bread and the salad had next to nothing for dressing. We used to love going to the Olive Garden, but haven't been in a long time. My daughter bought us a gift certificate for xmas 2017, that is why we went. This place was filthy dirty on the inside and loaded with birds in the trees pooping everywhere and on customer cars. I kid you not take a drive by and see all the poop everywhere. No wonder why all the other restaurants in the area were packed and Olive garden wasn't. Once again another disappointment in in the hateful state of NC.

Was the best service I have had in a very long time. Food was fresh and good. Was one of the better total experiences I have had in some time.

I called in the morning to make a reservation and the lady on the phone told me that they won’t be busy and can fit us in easily. I had no problem with that but when we walked in a 5:15 there was a 30 minute wait. The food and service here is usually very good but I’m disappointed that we had to wait after I called to make sure we didn’t have too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My family met at 4 pm yesterday for my daughters' birthday. 4 of us live in Salisbury and my oldest daughter lives in Galax, VA. Winston Salem is our halfway point. Although we had a bit of a wait, as soon as we were at the table David P was our waiter and immediately recognized that we were all starving including the 3 and 6 year old grandkids. He offered to bring bread and salad even before we ordered. His fantastic service continued throughout our meal. Nearing the end he saw there were cards on the table and asked if we had birthdays, the girls didn't want a big deal so he brought them their choice of the birthday dessert. What an amazing waiter you have and we will definitely be back and asking for David. The food was awesome as well but the service put this meal over the edge.
