So slow. There is no sense of "fast" at this fast food restaurant. The staff are by and large apathetic, which suggests to me that management doesn’t care at all. The food is always good, but be prepared to wait.

Took a trip to South Carolina for my birthday just to get away from the mess that is Miami and to have a good PEACEFUL weekend. We stumbled into this location looking for a quick bite, we were greeted by a wonderful attendant named Nadia. It was such a pleasant surprise to meet someone who was such a sweetheart and attentive woman and the manager was such an AWESOME boss and so caring to her employees. Truly an example. Shoot, I wouldn't mind working with them

A friend and I went here to eat lunch today. We went through the drive through and when we handed her our card to pay the lady at the window did not swipe the card she made an imprint of the card of a piece of paper. When my friend, who was driving, told her she did not swipe her card the employee said "oops, it didn't go through." when we both just watched her not swipe it at all. There are a lot of scams out there where people will copy or take an imprint of someone's card in drive throughs and make purchases with that person's card later. That is the only thing I can think of that she was doing. My friend did not want to have a confrontation in the drive through and decided to call once we got back to the office. She spoke with several "managers" all telling us that they have no way of making an imprint of a card. obviously lacking common knowledge that you don't need a machine to do it. Eventually one of the managers stated that they would get the store manager to give her a call back. Be careful when eating here and watch them when they take your payment. I cannot believe there are people like this in the world.

First of all, I got the wrong order after having to repeat the order 3 times. 2nd, the lady taking the order was rude and completely inept. 3rd, don't go to this location if you want what you actually ordered. Probably paid more for what I got too, which is slightly upsetting.

I had a salad. The portion was great, but the chicken tasted as if were in a warmer for longer than it should have.
