I only ordered a breakfast sandwich which was fine shockingly. The issue is the service. I had to wait for service although there were no other customers and the worker acknowledged my presence upon walking in. Instead of taking my order she continued to talk with co-workers and fill the serving trays with covers. After taking my order she went back to talking and filling the trays. A line began to form with more customers. A man in line gestured to her that he was waiting. Her response was, "sir please don't be rude. I'm waiting for the ladies food". No one in the back had even started making my food. I won't go into the delay - that's another issue. Clearly customer service is not priority. It was early morning and the individuals that came in were probably attempting to pick up a quick bite to eat before work. The entire experience delayed me for an appointment and has lessened my opinion in returning. First time impressions mean everything.

My Bojangles and they don't skimp on egg breakfast platter. I have been to many many Bojangles and they give pleanty of food here it's made fresh and never cold. Sweet Tea is a little sweet for my liking but I can mix half sweet half unsweetened and we're good. Would live to see lemons back at drink station

Christmas Eve 2017, visiting GA for the holidays from Colorado. I love biscuits, and my dad took me here so I could fulfill my mission of getting some of my favorite food that's only around in the South. Went to this Bojangles location and ordered 4 breakfast biscuit sandwiches. After 19-20 minutes based on receipt time, the employee called me over and said it would be at least 10 more minutes, and offered a refund. I had to wait almost 5 minutes to have a manager come to refund my meal. The manager took my receipt and used my credit card for a refund. He took the receipt and the refund receipt. I asked if I could have a refund receipt in case it didn't go through and I had to contest it. He said no, he has to send it to corporate. I left without any food after about half an hour with my wife and 3 year old waiting in the car. The manager apologized and said his night shift crew was working, and they aren't used to working during the day, and Sundays are busy. Won't be back to this location.

Waited at the cash register for 10 minutes tuned other day and no one ever came up. Other employees looked at me several times but none of them acknowledge me. I eventually left.
