Got a Cajun Filet Biscuit this morning and it was awful. Called & manager said corporate had changed recipe for batter.

Come here all the time for chicken. Got a bad experience and felt very disapointed. Drove there yesterday afternoon, Ordered a box of 12 pieces with 6 biscuits at $19.99 plus tax. I requested thighs and breasts. The reason for the none/one star is: 1. The shift manager took my order unfriendly. 2. Her nails were very dirty and bad. Make me not feel good to eat my chicken. 3. They gave me only 11 pieces ( 3 breasts and 8 thighs) and only 4 biscuits instead of 12 pieces and 6 biscuits. 4. You can see on the pictures. The chicken was old, dry and dark. Every body at home complaint me for a bad meal! They used to be better. Don't know why they are now very uncaring and dirty. Hope them will be better. I will not go back and would not recommend it!
