Horrible,Horr Horr service. I was there in the middle of the week early in the morning, hardly any customers and we waited for 40 minutes to get our food serve. After make a big deal why people that got there after my family got serve,eat and left. They told me was a big party and my food was coming. We waited 10 more minutes and we have to leave without food and hungry. I was with my kids and it was just a horrible experience. They didn't bother to apologize. I'm definitely not going back to IHOP or anybody from my family.

Working in the restaraunt business for 5 years we were taught that at no matter what time a day to treat your customers with respect. I came to ihop with 3 other adults and 2 kids at 10:15. No one was at the hostess stand but there were plenty of staff members standing around. When we walked in we were immediately greeted with “we close at 11” by a staff member in the kitchen. Then a guy with shoulder length hair came up to seat us. Didn’t address us but just grabbed menus to seat us. We felt uncomfortable so we asked if it we had enough time to eat. He proceeds to tell us that “well I can’t stop you.”  At that point we decided to leave. Never have I in my life been treated so bad by staff members. I would love to know what kind of manager was running that shift, if any at all. We will not be back.

My server was China, great service. Had the Sirloin tips with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak tips tasted like they cooked it in a sugar glaze...very odd. Appeared clean. The side salad was just a spring leaf mix with diced tomatoes, super basic.

IHOP represents a known quantity, so the only thing to "review" is the quality of service.  The server got off to a rocky start, but finished strong in an effort to make up for the initial shortfall.  The food itself was ok--eggs needed more flavor, the links were a little over-cooked, and the pancakes could have used more time on the griddle.  I've certainly had better food at this location, but on this day, they were not at their best.

First let me start off by saying, I work in the food industry and i understand groups coming into eat 10 min to closing time and how frustrating it can be but i also know what customer service is and how important it is to make sure your customers are satisfied in order to ensure business. Also that my family/friends and i have been to this ihop location on multiple occasions at all different times of the day/evening and haven’t ever had a problem like tonight. We walked in the doors at not even 10:15pm, 4 adults and 2 young children, we were never greeted by any of the 5-6 employees that were standing right by the door but a very rude COOK in the back of the kitchen yelled out loud “we close at 11” with attitude all over her face. The restaurant was no where near empty there were plenty of other people dining in at this time. A man then walks up to where the menus are as if he was going to sit us and we asked if it was ok for us to eat there- his response was “I mean I can’t stop you.” We had a good 45 minutes left and could’ve easily sat down, ordered our food and eaten and been out of there by or at 11pm. Absolutely awful customer service and we most likely won’t return because of this. I feel certain that if a manager was in the building this wouldn’t have happened.
