First time visit to this restaurant tonight. The food was good and was prepared relatively fast. The service was great at first, but we seemed to lose their attention towards the later part of the meal. Waited a long time to get the check and to get more water. Having said that, they were nice. If we lived closer, we would probably eat here again.

I made reservations for 6 people at 7PM and the restaurant was not busy when they seated us. Our waitress took our drink and appetizer order and we didn’t see her for another 20 minutes. After finishing our appetizers, she still had not taken our order. I politely told two associates that we were ready to order and they said they’ll be right with us. After another 10 minutes I had to go to the hostess counter and demand service. We finally put our order in and by this time, serveral customers had come and gone or gotten their meals even though we were there first. The servers brought our food out one by one minutes apart. The food was okay. It would have been better if we didn’t have to wait an hour and 30 min for it. Even paying for our food was a pain! We did ask for the check but of course no one came. We had to get up and pay at the counter where our waitress proceeded to LECTURE US ON HOW TO GET BETTER SERVICE THE NEXT TIME WE COME!! We spent TWO hours at that restaurant. Never again.

Great location, Great food, Great energy in this place. The service is a bit familiar and inviting. The food is great.... I had the salmon Curry and it was AWESOME... This Herb is our family's #1 choice for take out or eating out. ( !!!THEY DO NOT SERVE PORK!!!)

The food we ordered was good. The menu/website was inaccurate, so I didn't get to have what I went there for. Also had a very unfortunate event with a fellow customer, but the staff was apologetic for something they didn't cause.

I love this place! A true hole-in-the-wall great place to eat! My wife and I have eaten here at least ten times and never have we had a bad meal or waited for very long on our food. The spicy noodles are to die for! The only reason I did not give it five stars is that, they have only had honey once for my hot tea. I know! Not a very good reason to lose a star.
